Ingredients
- 1 apple
- 1 banana
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 tablespoon hemp seed
- 3 tablespoons nut butter (peanut or almond)
- ¾ cup cashew or almond milk
- 1 cup ice

Pro Tips
What nut butter do you prefer? – I really like peanut butter for that classic peanut taste, but almond butter works just as well. Whichever you prefer, it will taste delicious!
Why do you use cashew milk? – You can certainly use either. I find cashew milk has more texture and taste, making the smoothie thick and creamy.
Make the smoothie
Combine all ingredients in a blender in this order – ¾ cup milk, 1 apple, 1 banana, 1 cup fresh spinach, 1 tablespoon hemp seed, 3 tablespoons nut butter, and 1 cup of ice. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Every blender is different, so use your own judgement. Serve in a tall glass or take it to go in a mason jar.
